This pull request changes the compat entry for the
DimensionalDatapackage from0.24, 0.25, 0.26, 0.27, 0.28, 0.29to0.24, 0.25, 0.26, 0.27, 0.28, 0.29, 0.30.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
